A Farewell

Standard

If you poked around my blog long enough, you may have stumbled across the “Disclaimer” page.  Maybe you even read it.  If you did, then you will know that this blog was not meant to stick around forever and that I started it at the beginning of the fall semester for a class.  Between being uber crafty and getting an A in the class (hell yeah), I fell in love with the idea of blogging and making friends through shared passions.

With this newfound love I have decided to continue blogging as a way to work on my writing skills, networking skills, and continue to share my creative endeavors.  However, I have decided to not continue Curiosity Killed the Craft.  I have decided to start a new blog that better reflects what’s ahead of me in 2014 and the new semester.  There will still be plenty of sewing, but I also have to wrangle myself an internship for the summer.  At least that’s what the man tells me.  And I also have, like, my hopes and dreams to keep in mind.

I have so many ideas for the new blog, but I don’t want to spoil any of them until they are a bit more solid.  It was such a fun time working on Curiosity Killed the Craft and I appreciate ever single set of eyeballs that saw even a sliver of it.

So, until next time.

Peace and Progress,

JQ
